Optimal Stays is an independent short-let management business founded by me, with a straightforward approach to managing property.

We're a small, hands-on business. That means we're close to the properties we manage, involved in the decisions that matter and accountable for the standard we deliver.

As we grow, I want Optimal Stays to remain built around that personal approach rather than becoming another large, impersonal management company.
Why We Started
The demand for short-term accommodation has grown significantly. More people are choosing short stays for work, travel and everything in between, creating an increasingly important part of the accommodation market.

At the same time, many properties are still tied to the traditional long-term rental model, where the potential income is often limited by a fixed monthly rent.

We saw an opportunity to bridge that gap — helping property owners make better use of their properties while meeting the growing demand for quality short-term accommodation.

That's what led me to start Optimal Stays.
